The assistants sort, draft, track, and remind. Nothing goes out until a person on your team reviews and approves it. You own the assistants, and you run them.
What we do
Set up the team
We set up your assistant team inside your own accounts. Each assistant has a defined role, such as the morning brief, draft replies, or deadline tracking.
Train it on how you run
We train the assistants on how your business actually works: your services, the questions customers usually ask, your deadlines, and who approves what. We also train your people, in English or Romanian.
Connect your tools
We connect the assistants to the tools your business already uses, so the work happens where your team already works.
Support after launch
Thirty days of support after setup are included as standard. Ongoing maintenance is optional, billed separately, and recommended.

We talk through how your business runs today and where your time goes. It is free, and there is no obligation.
2. Setup
We set up your assistants in your own accounts and train them on how your business runs. The setup is a fixed fee, quoted after the first conversation.
3. 30 days of support
We stay with you for the first 30 days after setup. This is included as standard.
4. Ongoing maintenance
Optional, billed separately, and recommended, so your assistants keep pace as your business changes.
